Assuming all healthy, in their primes, and no trade allowed. You have 5 centers and 2 guards, so might need to consider the roster management.

From left:
Nurkic
Dragic
Boban
Vucevic
Cancar
Jokic
Doncic
Zubac
Hezonja

Luka, Dragic backcourt is great.

Jokic at C is great.

Since it’s clearly a Slavic team, let’s add Stojakovic and Kukoc.

Then it is clearly a goat level team and we would not talk about their ceiling anymore.

Currently they only have two guards but five centers, so the challenge is how to cover their wing defense and depleted backcourt rotations.

Well they would basically have to play Dragic/Luka/Hezonja/Cancar 48 min since everyone else is a clear C. That lack of positional depth along with defensive concerns lead to a pretty low ceiling IMO.

How about assuming they can pick up three extra from players being bought out? Say Dinwiddie/Lowry/Morris
Does that make them championship favorite?

Idk about clear favorite but clear contender. The 2 headed dragon of Luka/Jokic would be a nightmare for defenses not to mention peak Dragic as third option. Problem is neither Hezonja nor Cancar are good players so a lot would depend on the FA pickups, especially to bolster the defense. There's also the question of diminishing returns at the top but I think Luka and Joker are smart enough to make it work.
