What Klay has done over the last two months is really what this team needs offensively. A high volume 3PT gunner that doesn't turn it over and can make a play off a hard close out.

I'm just skeptical he still has anything left in the tank defensively, and that isn't likely to improve at all as he continues to age.

Grayson Allen might fit perfect here.

Grayson is the type of cheap contract we should go after

I dont think he is a cheap contract anymore. With what he has shown, i expect he will be more expensive than Cole

Miles Bridges is better option

Yeah... no.

With the Orlando Magic ownership?

We have Franz and Paolo. 6'7 combo forward is set. You put him in...

If HOU offer 3 frp plus Jalen Green then no one ia beating that...

Unless maybe we

We offer 3 frp plus Black?

Rumours are that Houston offered that package and silly Brooklyn turned them down

Wow... then we better wait for his trade demands out cuz we cant beat that.

Agree. Plenty of guys we can sign to short term deals that will space for Paolo/Franz. If the Magic front office is not aggressive this summer addressing this dire need then IDK what can be said.

Slow news in O-town:

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando Magic announced in a press release a multiyear partnership with Waters Car Wash, making them the official and exclusive carwash of the Magic.

Anyone think it’s possible assuming no big splash PG that we let Fultz go and give Kevon Harris, Queen and Black opportunities to win the job? I really like Queen but damn he just doesn’t shoot it well enough from 3. Better than Fultz because he will take them but still nowhere near good enough. But damn I didn’t realize Harris was shooting 45% from 3 on 4.7 attempts per game in the gleague.
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Kevon and Queen are not PGs.
Black is tricky becouse he can at least defend PG position and we won with him in the lineup.
So far we didnt see much PG craft from him, but i doubt he showes everything.
I would say getting a star PG is our top priority and only if it doesnt work than we will think about Black.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

This 2nd half of the season is going to be exciting. We are squarely in the mix and will likely fluctuate up and down the playoff standings throughout meaning every game will matter (and game threads will continue to be mental haha).

Hoping for good health and growth from our young ascending team!

Obviously but I just think that is an easy thing to say get a star or even high profile name is harder to pull off for the front office so need to have a backup plan. I think PG might be a stretch for Harris but damn if this 3 point improvement is legit (low sample size) he needs to get some minutes. Black needs to be on the same plan as Suggs this offseason and just get that shot better.

If Kevon or Queen win the PG role we've absolutely failed at rebuilding the backcourt.

The point guard comment was mostly looking at Black. But sure what if they legit improve and earn it. Everyone cries when we don’t use our second round picks but you also don’t want to give the long shots a chance to develop and improve and earn playing time. It’s **** broken how we look at it. Of course the goal is to get a really good established talented guard. But I don’t see one staring at me that will be available to us at least this summer. Things could change.

Black has the highest upside and deserves the most TLC because the potential ROI is highest.

I would acquire a higher end PG and also retain Black if at all possible.

Send out Cole if you have to.

Dwight is top 75. Hands down.

Think whatever you want about him off the court.

SVG got the most out of him and that team was so much fun to watch night in and night out.

Like Melo said…. Teams feared Dwight. He got to the point where you HAD to double him and with Meer Shard Hedo JJ…. The floodgates were open.
