What a mess. KD's wake continues to rock the entire franchise.

Kenny Atkinson got done dirty by KD and Kyrie. He should never have been fired. Bring Kenny home?

From a Raptors perspective...good.

Nets are only 2 Ws ahead of Raptors for the lottery balls. Hopefully this kickstarts the Nets.

Don't let the inmates run the asylum.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Apparently his plan was to run the offense through Simmons?? Bonkers

What other options did they have? They got a bunch of shooters on that team without anyone looking to set teammates up. Sadly Simmons is always M.I.A. so that's why they suck lol.

What does that say about how terrible the Raptors are, they still have more wins than us.

It says they are in same position except Vaughn was coaching for his job and Darko has at least two years before there is any scrutiny. It is actually bad for keeping 6th this year but good for being in the lotto next year.

He should have been fired after the Sixers series as he showed his limitation there..he has always been a mediocre coach .
The Nets have the talent on both ends.
Anyway, hopefully Masai does not wait as long as Sean Marks to fire his coach

As noted above, Darko was hired to develop, and will have at least a couple of years to prove himself. We should expect to see growth in the team and the coach, as this season winds down, but especially next year.

Maybe don’t load manage your entire starting lineup when there’s rules about not doing that these days.

Picked up a $100,000 fine and gave his team the loss.

If we do end up with a top 6 pick this year, there's probably mandate for next year to go for a playoff spot. Next year will be very telling if Darko will be our coach going forward, because so far I don't see much promise this year.

You guys have access to his contract? (stating "this contract guarantees 2 years of employment regardless of the performance")
This ain't the G-League, he was not just hired to "develop"; many players (have) regressed under him.
If he keeps losing with a lineup made of IQ, RJ, Scottie, Yak, getting blown-out, he is going to lose the locker-room (if not already) then Masai will have no choice.

I think we’re gunning for the playoffs next year whether we get the pick or not.

Vaughn probably the fall guy. Mikal is not no.1 option, roster pretty weak with Simmons basically the worst contract in the league.

Maybe in similar situation as Raps. Young core good but not great.
