Best trade the Suns could make with Nurkic, an unprotected 2031 first, and four seconds.

It's funny I remember when he was drafted people saying he was a fringe player who might not ever play. He's shooting 48% from the 3 range and 51% over all. I'll agree with you here if the Suns don't pay him some team will.

I could easily see OKC making an acceptable offer. Or Philly.

I think this should be an even trade.
I was hoping to see this done at the trade deadline... but never happened

Does Nurkic and '24 1st for WCJ make any sense?

What about Nurkic + 2031 1st for Kessler?

I think Jazz will be the team to overpay for him if they decide to build around Lauri.

If I'm Utah I jump all over this tbh; I know Kessler's good and has some potential, but a Phoenix 2031 1st after KD's long gone and Beal is surely done for and they don't have any of their picks (I think) prior? That's hot. Plus they can move Nurkic to a contender either this summer/midseason or the summer after no problem and coup some more assets.

This is really pretty unrealistic, but I like it. Honestly feel like if Ainge does this, he should just trade Lauri.. But personal feelings outside..

Utah getting a good enough center and their new “best” future pick.. Chicago might be able to ask for a bit more, but I think Phoenix owns some seconds?

Phoenix getting Kessler/Caruso is pretty huge for their 2 year run. And Kessler will at least be someone left standing with Booker in 4-5 years when the team is needing a big retool with no assets..

I thought that Kessler is the Jazz's future center.
