A Colorado woman claims Flint basketball star and businessman Morris Peterson could be the father of her 6-year-old son and is asking for the court's help proving it.

"I filed it because I was having sex with him. He knows about this," Craddock told MLive-The Flint Journal. "He's known about my son since the day I found out I was pregnant. He's just never complied about taking a DNA test."

Craddock said in the complaint that there is a possibility that four men could be the father of her son. Two of the men were ruled out via paternity test, court documents said.

The third man is deceased and the fourth is Peterson, according to court documents.

"We weren't like in a relationship or anything," Craddock said of Peterson. "I would just like to get it settled so we could move forward."

Leyton said if Peterson doesn't respond and doesn't take a paternity test, then a default judgment would be entered in Craddock's favor deeming Peterson the father.

If Peterson is determined to be the boy's father, the level of child support he would be responsible for would be determined based on his and Craddock's incomes.

Damn, four possible men? That's some Maury Povich ish right there!
