Trae’s finger surgery sure sounds like his response to being in trade rumors

I love watching the Lakers pretend to be competitive but sometimes they can’t do it even when the refs are out there trying their best.

Just heard at the establishment, "The Golden Nuggets are up by twelve votes."
I can't even begin.

Re: Around The League
When the bucks were running away with the top record in the league, all we heard from the media was..... Ya but can they do it in the post season? They haven't shown that they can.
So is the rhetoric the same with the Celtics?
As they runaway with the #1 seed is the media also skeptical saying... Yah but can they do it in the post season? They haven't shown that they can.
If not, have I accidentally slipped into an alternative universe and the Celtics won a chip in the last couple of years?

Re: Around The League
Anyone see the segment over the weekend where they asked which contender has most pressure? Steven As response was bucks and talked about how missing jrue and Grayson Allen really hurts the bucks defense.. Then someone brought up the suns and Stephen A stated don't even talk about the suns cuz Beal is out and they're having to rely on guys like Grayson Allen!

Personally, think they should've gone with a lighter almost baby blue versus the navy, but they're certainly not the worst I've seen. I do like the new logo(s) quite a bit.

Looks like a cruise ship in some crosshairs getting ready to be blown out of the water.

Is it just me or does the logo look like someone has the ship in crosshairs? About to get shot down?

I always assumed Clipper ships had a bunch of sails on them. Their logo looks more like a Disney cruise ship lol.
Something like this could have been cool:

I like it. The court is cool - the N in Los ANgeles is at the top of the compass to indicate North, which is a nice subtle touch.

Novak is sitting front row next to Liev Schreiber at MSG tonight wearing a Knicks hoodie.
They can keep him.

The Heat are going to stumble into the playoffs and take out a top seed from the East again this year. The only question is who, the Bucks or the Celtics or both? Any idea why the Heat suck again this year? Does Jimmy just vacation all year and then flips the switch?

Not sure it’ll be a stumble. I think it’s fair to call the Heat switch flickers at this stage. They seem to back themselves against any team in the East and perhaps prioritise saving themselves in the reg season for deep postseason runs.
But who knows? I can seem them back in the Finals again this year or bowing out in round 1 with AJ Green averaging more PPG thank Jimmy.
I’d back the former though if I were placing a bet. Miami is gonna be a tough out for whoever they face.

Has the be the most obvious home-cookin' I've ever seen. It looked like DDV was a RB picking up a blitzer. SMH.

Yeah, that's kinda garbage. Even if he's an ex-Knick, the Bucks employ him. Weird.
