6'8 with that release...not sure how you can't buy that stock
Too inconsistent with poor defense. I guess I could buy rotation stock if I cared to, but we have Jett and draft equity.

In this league you can't give up on 21 year old shooters. Now, you are correct, he is too damn inconsistent. There is no way he should be shooting 37% from deep if that is going to be his elite skill. That said, he has shown signs of hot streaks so, to me, he's worth keeping around and seeing how consistent he can get by the time he's ~23 or so.

It’s definitely not bad news, but we’re not out of the woods yet. MRI will tell us more.

Knowing this team, and JI’s left knee involved…

He doesn't have to have great vision but just enough. I like how seriously he takes it.

And for the most part defense is effort, coaching, film room study, etc. This team needs shooting, why wouldn't you want stock just based off that attribute?

16 days is the average recovery time from a knee strain. I'd be willing to say that JI will be on the extreme end of that. A month with no JI?

Houstan is only 9 months older than Howard.

I don't think Jett is a tremendously better prospect than Caleb anyway.

Jett has three-level scoring potential, Caleb can't touch that ceiling, IMO

Magic fans: if you're not making every single shot, you suck. If one guy scores on you, your defense is abysmal.

I don't mind relying on JI this season but it's really going to bother me if we carry it over to next season.

Yeah reading up on it for a refresher. It can be anything from a few weeks to half a year with a strain.

AB with the sweet first-half stat line. 13 minutes, 0-4 FG, 1 point, 1 assist, 1 turnover.
