Just because Jett went 11th doesn't mean he was actually an 11th overall pick caliber of prospect.

By pretty much any mock draft you want to look at, Jett was a pretty significant reach. Most had him in the 20-25 range.

Houstan went 32nd.

I don't think their play styles are necessarily the exact same, but I don't think Jett is significantly better than Caleb despite his much higher draft slot.
