I really hope some of y'all aren't about to jump to really dumb conclusions because the Magic are going to lose on the 2nd night of a back-to-back with a rest disadvantage without Paolo and Isaac.

Why not?

The Magic's 2nd draft pick was 11th overall in 2023 and 32nd in 2022.

If their 2nd pick had been later than 11th in 2023, Jett wouldn't have gone 11th.

The fact that they picked Jett 11th over all possible players available at that point in the draft implies he holds a high value to them.
