Bulls/Warriors/Nuggets

BULLS
In:MPJ
Out:Caruso/DDR(ST)25m x year?

The Bulls are in a position to take a risk...they get a super long and still young forward for a combo on the Wing with P.Williams...I think Porter could take off in a new role... in this scenario the Bulls keep Zach and run him again...

Vuc/Dru
MPJ/Craig
P.Will /Terry
Lavine/Ayo
White/Carter/Lonzo

Would you do Jazz #11 for Kessler+#28...? Or Vuc for Poelt?..
We leave it for another thread..

WARRIORS
In:DDR(ST)
Out:Wiggins

Here the Warriors address some needs...a 2 star-level scorer to help Curry score

DENVER
In:Wiggins/Caruso
Out:MPJ

Denver had to resign itself to losing Brown in FA...KCP is approaching free agency...this trade offers them depth and protects them from future leaks (they will need to replace R.Jackson too), and should take their defense

cut Denver?

I don’t think Golden State would hard cap themselves for Demar.

The only way I think they’d consider it, is if Klay agrees to some really suspicious one year discount deal that allows Golden State to add another 25/30 million dollar player while keeping Klay and Demar. And I just don’t think that’s a real option.

Say a 2yr12-15 mil with a player option. Then Golden State keeps bird rights and can go back over to keep in next year… but allows GS to trade Chris Paul and assets for “star” and actually feel like it’s worth it

I do not see the Bulls taking on MPJ's huge long contract to pair up with Lavine. People bellyache about Lavine being injury prone and not worth the money. Porter in the seasons he has played, sat the one out, 5 years 245 games, that's 50 per year. You don't sign on for 3 more years of that, when you're already gambling on Lavine's health. Both healthy, genius, one or both injured 40% of the season, you're wondering how to tank.

I would much rather sign someone like Jonathon Isaac, or another oft injured player, for 2 years and less money and take less risk.

I could be wrong but I think I've read here somewhere that you can't add players going out in a S&T.
