The Spurs don't have a consistent No. 2 but the Bulls have no real depth; after Jordan, Pippen, Armstrong and Grant, nobody else on the team averaged 20 MPG or 6 PPG.
The Spurs had a more difficult playoff run, losing 2 games in each round whereas the Bulls didn't start having issues until the ECF. Then again, the Bulls and Suns scored the same amount of points cumulatively even with MJ averaging 41.
