the nba needs to fix this call... when they miss/decide not to call a foul but reward the team with the ball out of bounds instead... it's a cheap way for the other team to steal the possession since the refs can't retroactively call the foul on the review/challenge

Might be his elbow they're not trying to play him as much. Usually the only time they don't stagger is at the end of the 1st.
