MIL, DAL, LAL and 1 more among the other 4 games, they're not great teams but down nights happen. I'm not saying they WILL drop 4 of 7, but I don't think it's that unlikely either.
Losing 4 of these next 7 would mean something bad happened. I think it's more likely we win at least 5 of these next 7 than only winning 3 or these next 7.
Sure, but bad things might be happening though. Wiggins is out indefinitely. Haven't heard what's going on with Podz but he's out and might be hitting the rookie wall, especially with Kerr's heavy use. Steph apparently has bursitis in his knee(s?), if that keeps him out for a week (hypothetically), that could mean a huge swing in their chances of making the playoffs. Klay is still erratic/unreliable.
Overall it was a very good road trip, not upset they lost by 52, only that they lost, because they need to keep winning. And specifically, they need to start beating some playoff teams. Beating up on doormat teams is good and necessary, but right now their prospects of advancing look poor. Hell, I don't even think beating San Antonio back to back will be easy, they're playing a bit better lately and it's hard to beat the same team twice in a row. Lakers and Mavs will be highly motivated to win because they know the Warriors are in the same standings tier as them.
Coming out and beating Milwaukee would be huge because it both keeps the wins coming, and would show they can beat top teams. But they're about to play 5 games in 8 nights. The good news is Moody is stepping up because of some other absences, although it's unclear whether Kerr will bury him again if those guys come back.
