When we walk the ball up snd try to nurse a lead we lose. Its that simple. Mazzula should recognize that by now

I have calmed down sooner than I expected.
Maybe this was a 'tactical' loss to keep Milwaukee out of the 2nd seed in East ! (Joking, probably)

It's not the loss. It's only our 13th after all. Some fans are reacting this way because of how we lost and how it can project in postseason scenarios. This loss was 98% avoidable. In a playoff series, you win the avoidable losses. To give yourself some leeway when you do lose the unavoidable ones.

Leaving in Kornet etc so long probably part of that.
Joe is not managing these to lose, but he is not doing everything to win games in isolation and wants close game practice.
Convenient.
Blow a 20 point lead in one quarter. Give up something like a 20-3 run. "Wants close game practice" lol

Please Washburn, ask Joe about not calling a timeout on the last possession.

Abby asked why Azzula wasn’t coach of the month and Spo was.
Look no further than today. What a **** abomination. Dude refuses to impact the game as a coach should.

Tatum was dribbling the ball with zero plan while the coach saving timeouts for a rainy day. He's not a great coach. He lucked into an allstar roster.

Exactly. Thanks for speaking up for those in the know. The rest may come around one day.

Tatum really thinks he’s kobe haha. Joe should have called atimeout, and designed a play for porzingis. Down 1, went for the iso fade away with zero time remaining jeez. Tatum and Joe are both dumb as you can get. Zero bbiq haha. Stop defending Tatum.

Don't get me wrong, the lack of defensive effort and ball movement in the last is not staged, but how Joe reacted (or didn't) when that was happening compared with many times this season suggests to me he was prepared to let it ride and see how the players reacted to adversity.
Just my thoughts, couldn't care less who wants to hate on Joe if they want.

When you see how composed Jokic is down the stretch of the game and compare that to Tatum, it's night and day.

Calling it at 14 seconds would have been much better. Longer chance for refs to see it, too.

And c'mon, are we really that afraid of who they'd sub in for Garland. Not a good enough reason. How about call the right offensive play that matters not whose on the floor for them on D. We have better offensive players. Utilize them correctly and win the game.
Nothing about being afraid or not, you take a Tatum/Garland matchup any day. Tatum should know to get that shot off quicker. Joe should have taken the TO when he realized it was going to be the last possession
Guess he tried

Sad, but true. Superstars don't even need to look at the bench, they just play and know what they need to do. Tatum looked apprehensive every step of that final play.

Yeah that’s the biggest difference between both teams.

I really need Brad Stevens to call a timeout and set up a play.

Took bro 15 seconds of Tatum dribbling the air out of the ball at half court to ‘try’ a timeout.
My good lord.

Tatum isn't the best player in the world despite claiming it...it's laughable to think Tatum could lead Murray Porter and Gordon to a title..and in the West.
