But there's still a lot of questions that will only be answered in the playoffs.
Next season is really the best chance for this Cs team to win a championship IMO.
And if the Cs win Banner 18 this season, a repeat in 2025 is very likely, and a 3-peat in 2026 will be doable.
Next season LMAO, it's banner 18 or bust IMO. Our two biggest flaws showed up last night, coaching and end of the game execution. No need to overreact though, but anything less then a Title would be failure!

Winning 12 in a row is hard. Just one of those games that was easy until it wasn't.

Smh we would be undefeated if Joe used every timeout at his disposal this year.

Everybody here agreed this 5-game stretch is the toughest 5-game stretch for the Cs season.
If Cs win win both then this loss to the Cavs would be forgiven.
It’s the manner in which they lost. Same old crap rearing it’s ugly head yet again.
I mean our bad clutch time losses in the last two seasons typically involved absurd turnovers and a complete inability to get any kind of offence late.
This loss was more about us giving up a heap of 3s. We played some really lazy defence allowing Wade to get going.

But now the loss turns into something more. We could have swept the season series with them, and been in their heads that they can't beat us. Now, we've given their team all the confidence in the world, should we meet in the playoffs.

Only one of Wade 4th quarter threes was uncontested. He just got hot and we kept missing layups. **** happens. Lock in for the Denver game, they will be pissed after losing vs the Suns last night

Regular season wins don’t mean anything in the playoffs.

Cleveland do not concern me in the slightest.
Particularly Mobley and Allen playing together. That’s barbecue chicken right there for our offence.

Couple of them looked like half assed contests to me.
They certainly didn’t run him off the 3 point line.

Again, it can give a team's players confidence. It does. Would you rather have guys like Wade going into a playoff series wondering how to beat us, or guys recalling this game and how bad they spanked us in the 4thQ? It matters.

Our same offense that scored only 17 in the 4th?

4QT and late game was ass but maybe refs shouldnt forget to do their job and actually start calling fouls against us?
What was that crap in 4qt? Cavs could do whatever they want and dont get called for fouls

The two biggest flaws you mentioned could be the reason why the Cs won't a championship this season.
Even if it's a failure, if the Cs don't win it all this season, the team is young.
Cs will have multiple chances to win a chip as long as this core stays intact.

Dean Wade is not a playoff rotation guy. That dude won’t ever have a game like this again. He will struggle to score 23 the rest of the month.

Mobley wasn’t out there.
Mobley getting injured was actually the catalyst for them going small and hitting a ton of 3s.
Mobley and Allen together are a weird duo and can be heavily exploited in a 7 game series. It’s what the Knicks did last year.

The reality is that the Celtics lost this game by playing selfish hero ball in the 4th quarter and getting killed on the glass all game. It's why I have zero confidence that they can win a title notwithstanding their record.

I highly doubt the Cavs would reach the ECF.
If Embiid is healthy by April, the Cs will be in a battle in the 2nd round.
Cs now have a tougher road to the finals with the Sixers falling to 4th or 5th.

Killed on the glass all game?
Cs outrebounded the Cavs 53 to 42.
The Cs even had more offensive rebounds 14 to 8.
Where are you getting your data?

Its funny. Most dominant reg season since 73 win GS. Wait till next year excuses...absurd.
