Praying Herro isn’t forced into the starting lineup in favor of Duncan when he returns. Would be a terrible decision. Let the former 6MOY be 6th man

You know better than that brother, wishful thinking. Their not gonna demote a 30M a year investment, its up to Spo to make it work.

Spo needs to be suspended for “conduct detrimental to the team” if so :o

Miami Heat's records this year...

35-26 .574 winning percentage pace which is tied for 6th in the East.
16-9 without Herro .640 winning percentage pace which would put them 4th in the East (1-2 games from 3rd, 2-3 from 2nd).
19-17 with Herro .528 winning percentage pace which would put them 9th in the East.

Robinson is the type of player Bam and Jimmy need around them. Funny how a mere season ago he was the absolute garbage, the useless idiot, the grand money thief lol

Heat fans love those scapegoats and the torch has now been passed down to Herro, and watch Herro kill it in the post season, and suddenly he is Herro the hero amongst us lol

12-7 for those that do not know.

Oh and the Miami Heat are 42-23 without Bam Adebayo all-time.

Yes, so disregard the stat. Who cares if Herro is nearly the worst efficient 20+ ppg player who is bad on defense, that can only help Miami.

So since Miami's record without Herro can be ignored since Butler's is nearly the same, I'll be posting some better stats.

So this year, for TS% for players scoring 20+ ppg there are 55 players who qualify with 20+ games played this year.

Miami has 3 players now in that list
#6 Butler at .637
#41 Bam at .572 (low for his .599 career average)
#53 Herro at .549 (low for his .556 career average)

The 2 below Herro.
#54 Kuzma
#55 Cam Thomas

If you sort that same list by calculated ORTG Herro is still #53 but ahead of Cam Thomas and Wembanyama! Butler ends up being #3 and Bam #39.

Eerie similar to Herro.

Sure, Butler sandbags it until the all-star break while Herro is trying to score enough to be an all-star. I think there's a huge difference with how both look at the regular season which is on Butler, not Herro.

It maybe the case, but seeding is important in the postseason, especially in the Finals. I don’t think a team can duplicate beating the best teams in their house seasons after seasons. Lightning can strike once sure. So yes it can be on Butler. As far as Herro, me personally will hold on any label until I see more in the post season.
Excuses can be given in many ways and forms. I mean I can say Herro the young player is trying to recreate his way of playing trying to fit in a specific system, just like Robinson has done, but it takes acclamation and absorbing to such specific style. Not every player absorbs in the same timely manner, specially in Herro’s case, he was killing it before the injury and missed a good chunk of games ( a good excuse as any).

AirP. wrote:So since Miami's record without Herro can be ignored since Butler's is nearly the same, I'll be posting some better stats.

Comparing oranges and apples. No one says Herro is as good a player as any of those. Then again, Robinson was the absolute garbage right before this season, so I will hold my opinion on Herro until I see more. In the meantime I will support the player and hope for the best. Again just me.

FIVE YEAR SAMPLE SIZE, sorry MWP!

18-6 when Duncan starts, 75% winning percentage pace which would put them at 2nd in the East, 2 games back of 1st

Eerie similar to Herro.

For 5 years now the team has played far better without Herro period or with Herro off the bench. You delusional Herro homers will have to learn one of these days that it’s more than coincidence at this point. We’ve also made multiple deep playoff runs without him or with him off the bench.

Duncan’s a better fit and a better player, we’re here to win not to coddle an overglorified Jordan Clarkson
