Who are the 5 best defensive SG's available for trade?

Vucevic, Wendell Carter Jr., Olynyk, Naz Reid, John Collins are all stretch 5s or 4/5s who seem like they could be available under the right circumstances.

Vucevic could be had, 2 years left on his contract, so nobody is going to offer an expiring but the Bulls aren't interested in anything as long or as much. Likely a three way deal that everybody is a little happy, a little sad.

Alex Caruso could be had, he'll be an expiring at $9.8M, bets bet is a playoff team looking for defense with two young athletic bigs to send.

I'm the lone Bulls fan that would be happy getting John Collins, they move on from Demar DeRoazan put Patrick Williams at the 3, Lavine comes back with White and Dosunmu, maybe Lonzo Ball can play

Add JV to this I think.

For defensive guards, Bruce Brown is definitely up there in terms of availability and ability.

Vuc isn't a stretch 5, he sucks at shooting.

I’m not sure if he’ll make the top 5 but Duop Reath will be a dirt cheap floor spacing big that could be available. He’s older and could fetch Portland a second or two.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

It's really odd. He was a tremendous 3PT shooter; the last 3 seasons though, it's like he forgot how to shoot.

If he cost 2-3 seconds , OKC should be in the mix. Would be a great 2nd big, spot starter based on matchup.

He’s nothing special, and that is probably about the right value. No reason for POR to take that though.

I like him, especially at his salary, but he is not being traded.

I would trade him, but it would be in conjunction with another player.

Maybe something like Brogdon + Reath to Knicks for better assets.

Sure.

He fills a need on POR on a value contract, but wouldn’t pull enough value on his own to make it worth it to move him.

You can get Zach Collins... He's back to shooting decent from 3 of late.

Okoro is an RFA and the Cavs may run into tax issues if they try to keep him. Depending on how the Cavs feel about the tax in the offseason, he might be obtainable either through an offer sheet or a sign-and-trade.

Would the Raptors trade Brown to the Hawks for Bogdan?

Not sure what that does for us, so probably not. Incentive required.

Toronto probably prefers a draft pick or younger player of need. It's clear this team is going through a rebuild Bogdanovich it's decent but not what we need and takes touches away from Gradey Dick whose finally showing signs of why he was picked where he was

He was a bad three point shooter in 2021-22 too. His three point shot has been up and down during his career.
