This season the Cs can defeat Denver in the finals.

The loss of Bruce Brown and Uncle Jeff, plus the Cs adding KP, Jrue, and X gives the advantage to the Cs.

It's close but Denver is still better and the favorite.

Maybe in March, but we don't know what happens 2 months from now.

Denver beat us both times we played them this year and are the defending champs. They also have the best player in the world. In what universe can you say we have the advantage over them? Oh wait. You are the guy who said Tatum is better than Larry Bird. Never mind.

Talk to me again, if you're still alive, in 2030.

What an ominous post.

We don't know how old people are here and we don't know if people here have health issues.

2030 is still a long way to go.

Those who keep saying that comparing Tatum to Bird is absurd will be proven wrong and will be on a crow diet.

There are good arguments that we're ahead of them Players #2-5. The arguments for #6-9 are even stronger.

What some Celtic fans are not getting is the Celtics right now, as good as they are, are still at 85%.

This is not the 100% Celtics that we will see in the near future.

We already saw Denver's best and it's not the same as last season when they had a deeper bench.

Right now Denver is hot, but will they stay hot until June?

If this happened to Boston, this site will collapse into itself and you'll be redirected to a black hole if you search for "Celtics RealGM".

Just a random thought, but what the Hell was Chicago thinking keeping Caruso vs trading him. While I don't know what they may have turned down, it seems like they just solidified a low level (teens) lottery pick and get nothing in return by keeping him.
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

Chicago hasn't made a trade involving a player since their sign and trade for DeRozan. At this point if you told me that the front office of the Bulls is a single intern asking ChatGPT who they should pick up in free agency before going on holiday for the rest of the year I would believe you.

Okc up 2 against Luka-less Mavs and TNT is gushing about their offense. We blow out full-strength Suns without KP and they basically call us lucky.

The disrespect we’ve been shown this season has been quite pathetic if you ask me.
We’re miles ahead of everyone in the league, currently hold the 4th highest net rating of all time & have a chance to jump to 3rd by the end of the season.
But people would rather focus on the game we took our foot off the gas in the 4th quarter against the Cavs & the game we couldn’t beat the defending champs in their own building instead of us being 15-2 in our last 17.
People keep bringing up last year like it’s inevitable we run into the same problems again & just completely downplay Joe’s a lot better coach this year & we’ve upgraded significantly on talent.

Give me Miami first round !

2023-2024 Offensive Rating
1 Boston Celtics 121.9
2 Indiana Pacers 120.0

Post All Star break offensive rating
1 Boston Celtics 127.4
2 Denver Nuggets 120.6

That's a lot of luck.

Heat vs Pistons tonight. Somehow the Pistons have won 2 in a row while Miami has lost 4 straight. Go Pistons.

What "scoring decline"?
Read on Twitter

The Celtics increased their offensive rating from 120.8 pre-ASB to 127.4 post-ASB. #2 offense pre-ASB is 120.5 (IND). #2 offense post-ASB is 120.5 (DEN).

That kind of offense will let Joe win Coach of the Year.
