i'm not a medical person, but the key takeaway i got, was that, with each back surgery, ben simmons lose a lot more of his ability

given it's the 2nd surgery, you probably looking at a shell of a person now

I will always be a big fan of his, however he has just been injury-prone from DAY1 (foot, knee, back...)

pre-back injury with the Sixers/post-ATL series, with trade rumors around both Pascal and Ben..on paper, a starting 5 of FVV/Gary/OG/Ben/C felt elite defensively and tons of potential offensively with the 3pt shooting around Ben. But it would have been FVV and Gary on their own basically with OG and Ben injured.

Though I will let medical experts advise, back injuries expert:
MPJ had at least 2 back surgeries and has gone back to borderline all-star at times
What is causing Ben's back's inability to heal with all this modern technology? is the nature of his injury that much more severe than MPJ? The latter's career looked in jeopardy too!
I need that medical expert for PRO sport injury on Youtube to advise here?! he had advised about Scottie's injury

Ben Simmons doesn't seem to like basketball all that much, even when he was relatively healthy. He doesn't want to play when he's making 40 million, his incentive to play when he's making 10x less than will be extremely low.

When his contract ends (or he's bought out), he will have earned 200 million during his career. He'll retire, enjoy his money and live the good life in Australia or wherever he chooses to live.

I wouldn't be shocked if he's already played his last nba game.

It was the media who was probably wrong here. He had two back surgeries, it wasn't just in his head.
