Vucevic with Caruso would be a nice package?

It's really odd. He was a tremendous 3PT shooter; the last 3 seasons though, it's like he forgot how to shoot.

He was a bad three point shooter in 2021-22 too. His three point shot has been up and down during his career.

I said last 3 seasons. Go check prior. Most of it is decent to great.

He had one year that was good: 2020-21 where he shot .400 on 6.3 attempts per game.

Previous years to that...his percentages are: .339, .364 (on 2.9 attempts), .314 and .307.

It looks like he had one year where he got hot (at the three point line) and every other year has either been bad or mediocre.

I'm not sure what the Bulls were thinking when they acquired him because I imagine they were hoping he'd be a three point threat. I know that the year they got him was 20-21, but at that point it was half a season's worth of good shooting. I'm sure they also wanted him for more than his shooting.

Having said all that I agree with you. There's no reason why he should be this bad, especially when you take into account that he sometimes gets open looks. .284 on 4.2 attempts per game is bad.

How has he been this season?

Chuck, Jay, or Khalil may give you a more objective response.

I think he's been trash and always will be. The only time he showed something special was when we was eligible for a contract extension
