we need to get to 7th/8thseed ASAP... I do not want us facing Denver after winning a play in
who are we scared of? for me it's just Denver... I like our chances with everyone else. Although Sacramento owns us as well.

7th and 8-seat play each other, and the winner goes on to play first seed 1st seed
9th and 10th seed winner plays second seed

We may catch someone on a bad night in the play-in, but we're not beating anyone in a 7gm series... It would be better to just drop to 11, and be done with it.

Still doesn't make sense. Not sure you understand seeding here; 7th seed plays 2nd, 8th seed plays 1st.
9th and 10th plays to see who plays against loser of the 7th/8th seed game. The winner there gets 8th seed.
So it doesn't matter (in terms of your argument) which seed we get within the range of 7th through 10th. Yeah it'll be tougher road as a 10th or 9th, but, the eventual play-in winners all end up playing 1st or 2nd.
Also there isn't a guarantee that Denver will be 1st or 2nd anyways.

If you want to be the best you have to beat the best. We need to get the 6th seed, or hard work is needed.
What worries me is Ham’s inability to adjust in a 7 game series against a good coach.
Playoffs are all about adjustments. Ham thinks adjustments in a playoffs series are over rated. Talk to PJ, Darvin.

May Lakers apply for disabled player exception for Wood and JHS?
By so doing, they can sign players for certain matchups in the playoff.

And does the Lakers automatically opens a roster if the disabled player exception (DPE) is granted or they still need to waive someone to sign somebody else?
By the Way, well said from Lakers Nation
