I think it's funny when Chicago fans try to convince themselves it's because their city is so much better. They have some more shopping and some tall buildings but suffer from the same **** weather. So many other cities around America crap on Chicago as a city now.

That's cap.

It's hard to believe anyone in their right mind would want the Bucks to draw the Heat in the 1st round.

The short handed Heat just came into Milwaukee a little over a month ago and embarrassed the Bucks by 26 (123-97). And yes, Giannis & Dame both played.

There are people who post on this board who could score 2pts in an NBA game if they played against this Buck's defense. The way Jimmy Butler lit us up last season, I don't even know what he would do against this year's version of the Bucks.

Giving up 120+ points to the Heat and hoping that you out-score them isn't going to work in the playoffs. It might work for a game or two, but it's not going to work 4 times out of 7.

The Buck's best way out of round 1 is if they draw the Magic or the Sixers without Embiid. If the Bucks draw the Heat or Pacers in round 1, the Bucks will be in Cancun by May 1st. Well, Dame will probably be in Miami.

If there's things that are even more nonsensical getting angry about an NBA player watching another NBA team play, it's getting angry over a number of future fictitious events that one has just invented in one's own head.

Backed up by the claim that there exists a person on this message board that could score 2 points on this Bucks defense. Nobody here would get 2 dribbles off against Thanasis.

Just wait until Dame is sitting court side at a Miami Heat game in the 2nd round of the playoffs after the Bucks get bounced in round 1 (Probably by the Heat).

That would actually be a garbage move.

Ah yes, another ranting lecture about how we're all not SCARED ENOUGH of Miami.

Could the Heat give us trouble? Sure, but that says more about us than the Heat. But give me Butler and heavy minutes of Duncan Robinson over Embiid and Maxey.

Luke warm take - I don't like "dunks" like Edwards' where they just throw the ball through the hoop. It's not that it's not a physical feat still, but they always seem to get overblown IMO. Edwards said he gave himself chills, lol.

I’m back in the 2021 mindset of “if we can’t beat Miami we’re not winning the title anyways so **** it”. There was so much nonsense with that series last year (Giannis getting hurt basically immediately, Bud’s brother passing away mid series, outlier shooting, etc) that I’m not gonna put too much stock into it.

They’ll be a tough out for sure, could very well beat us, but if our top 8 is healthy I’m still feeling good. We’ve seen this team stomp Miami the season right after getting stomped, no reason that can’t happen again. But again if the Bucks are frauds that can’t beat a Miami team headed for the play-in again I really don’t care which round it happens in.

Miami, Philly, Boston, bring them all on. Healthy our team can beat any and everyone. Not healthy and it doesn't matter. Why not take down all 3 on the way to beating the West?

can't both be true? I didn't mean that as a negative. He is essentially on an extended work trip away from family and friends. If I had a 4 month work assignment in (Name X city) where people would annoy me anytime I went out to dinner I would be pretty bored. He has even said so himself. It was probably something easy to do when he had a 3.5 day break.

Wasn’t directed at anyone but Chicago fans. Being bored because your family isn’t there and being bored because of the city are two different things. Most would have you believe it’s because it’s Milwaukee mostly. And when it’s Chicago fans barking it’s mostly because they’re also sad bears or cubs fans trying to get one over on people when it has nothing to do with dame.

If you're mad at Lillard for going to the Bulls-Blazers game, you were already mad at him.

Now 5000 words about how I can't even set my thermostat to 'heat' without **** a brick.

Man, Zach Lowe is getting harder and harder to listen to. I miss when he would've not even bothered talking about the Lakers if they're not good, now he's calling the recent Lakers/Warriors a "heavyweight fight" and a "high-magnitude game." Meanwhile the only thing he ever says about the Bucks anymore is "I need to see them win 8 games in a row."

It'd be an interesting thought experiment to have someone listen to NBA podcasts for 5-10 hours then try to guess what every teams record is based solely on narrative. That person would probably guess we were 35-31.

Some of you don’t get the Chicago rivalry and it shows. You sound like you’re from Rockford anyways
