Uhhh... outside of the 9 game winning streak they're 8-16 with Goga starting, and 8-14 with Black starting, whilst being 2-4 against good teams when they start...
They also had a bunch of other injuries like Franz, Isaac, Ingles, and Harris.

During the 9 game winning streak a few of the key bench players were out too.

Franz is one of the worst three point shooters in the entire NBA this season.

Its amazing you think they would make a difference.
They are good?

Lol thanks for the laugh. Well, Goga is kind of good. But not a big difference maker. Anyone who thinks we'd suddenly be destroying over .500 teams because Goga is starting

He thought he would lose the challenge and timeout so basically admitting he was scared to make that decision and wanted to preserve the timeout.

We clearly have terrible video assistants.

In fairness to Mosley, & as someone whose sat behind our bench before, our video assistants are legitimately awful

At this point I'm convinced theyre a nepotism hire forced on us by the Devos family

Yeah, look at Wendell's stats for the last 3 games against good teams. When everyone was healthy, along with Goga and Black was the best this team looked.

I blame Mose for the mental breakdown at the end. He needs to be the adult in the room.

Overall though, we aren't winning a damn thing, now or in the future, with Franz and Paolo's current shooting issues. I don't trust either to hit an open shot anymore (more so Franz though). At least Paolo has the confidence to continue shooting them. Franz looks like a shell of himself and I am now officially worried about him. The only bright side is that he is likely costing himself a ton of money. If we give him a max and he finishes out the season/playoffs/play-ins like this, I will be beyond pissed with this FO.

I didnt get to watch much of the game. I started watching at the end of the 3rd and it was 74-74 then the Clips went on a 13-3 run and I stopped watching because I was the bad luck charm

Team went on a run after I stopped watching which proved my theory correct, but sheesh that last 5 mins was rough by that play by play

Until Franz and Moe start hitting 3s, you have to sub them out when you need a 3. You can't gift them time over other players like Isaac who have been shooting great.

I'll keep going back to him playing in the Euro's. Too much basketball.

We really have to take care of these upcoming games against the Grizzlies, Blazers, Hornets and Bulls. Anything less than 4-0 and we're looking hard at falling to the 8th seed and being on the road in a play-in game (and then one home game to sneak in if we lose).

Really poorly coached game. Need to remember Mosley is a junior coach, learning on the job.

I wonder how truthful and honest the team is with each other? Who challenges who?

2.5 games up on Miami and 3 up on Philly. That's the only thing to watch.

Barnes was picked before Suggs and Franz

Indeed. But we all know the huge arguments between Raptor and Magic fans about who got the better player. It’s been referenced here a few times.

They made the correct pick. We didn’t make a great one. A good one. But they win the debate hands-down.

Franz is one of the top young players in the league and we have fans here making stupid comments. Yes he is struggling with his shot but he has a first two year track record of being a better shooter than this. Last year Paolo went like two months without making a 3 and fans were making similar dumb comments like this.

Too bad it's an Olympic year, I really hate that timing for Franz. At least it's a shorter (and earlier) tournament than the world cup, and it's closer to Franz's home in Germany compared to east Asia.

Especially since all the teams what will be in the playin are bad matchup for us. Bulls are ones that we might potentially win but Bulls have playoff experiences and we do not. If we get Miami, Philly, or ATL, we will be eliminated from any chance in the playoff.

Can he at least get a better staff? Lue has Larry Drew and Brian Shaw for example.
