Maybe the UNLV teams back in the early '90s?

I remember when they ran Duke right out of the gym in the National Championship game. Last mid-major (Big West Conference/Pacific Coast AA.....before moving to the WAC and MWC) to win it all in mens hoops.

Me either. Let's hope that's a good one. If Clemson plays a slow game, it'll be ugly and Bama loses. If they play fast, Bama has a chance. Clemson is the fav here. Already beat them once.

Well who knows... as a poster said, these White Centers are just... lol

It ain't skin. it's ability. that dude's whack. Bama's forward (Nelson) is skinny and soft. Clemson's forwards play physical. That was a big diff last time they played. Bama's best center is Pringle who's like 6'8" and is playing with a foot injury. So here Clemson should be favored.

Flopping before the elbow extends is an embarrassing play by anyone.

What makes it worse is that the game was basically over already. Refs need to be consistent
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Yeah I know.

Hall still has eligibility or not? He should play 1 more year. I don't see him in the NBA.

Illini can't stop them. Illinois also has a dumb coach who didn't game plan specifically for UConn, NOR did he make ANY adjustments. Shannon is their leading scorer, but made very little effort to get going early in the game. I don't think he got a shot off until half way through 1st half. And UConn was guarding him 1 on 1 only.

Nelson already with 2 fouls. Rather foreboding for Bama.

Bama is struggling inside the paint as I expected. Their guards are going to have to outplay Clemson's by the same margin as Clemson's bigs are outplaying Bama's front court.

Bama has led once in this game so far, all Clemson since so far.

Whistle hasn't helped Bama either. Sears got fouled on 2 of his drives but no call.

Bama's tight. Their shots won't fall if they're tight.

It's the match ups. You haven't been reading any of my posts LOL. I expected this. I was hoping Nate Oats will have a different game plan so that its competitive. Clemson has advantage on the inside, and they are bigger and more physical on the perimeter.

On top of that, Bama is tight and can't make their shots. Missing layups and 3s.

But, I expect either team to get whacked by UConn in the next game.

Stevenson is an early enrolee. He's a 2024 commit who decided to graduate early and come to Bama. Dude's the one who brought them back in this game.
