Wemby had 9 blocks... Yet Joker had 42 points..most on him...
It's like a great defensive game and a bad one all rolled into 1.

No way a coach of a lottery team beats Joe for that award.
Rockets won't even play a play-in game if the season ended right now.

Bucks fans were so happy they fired Griffin.

Doc Bucks have a great record against elite teams though.

It's a good thing the Celtics are not an elite team, according to some fans here, right?

Watch the latest Mind the Game episode. FF to 45:45 of the video as they discuss how NOT to defend the Curry-Green PnR. Then you might understand why Ime and co. elected to drop most of the time.
To this day, I still think our defense on the whole team (Curry going nuclear notwithstanding) was fine. It was our offense that let us down. Or to be more accurate, the Dubs defense was just way better at shutting down our main options than we were at slowing down theirs.

How many coaches have the Celtics gotten removed or players traded?

No Jrue Holiday this year.
Better get ready for a team that's having a top 10ish regular season of all time to be completely shut out of the end of season awards.
I think Brad is hands down the EotY. That's a catch-all award for the media. We likely get White in an All-Defense team and JT in an All-NBA team as well.
I think so too but I'm not convinced the voters will agree. EotY is voted on by the league's 30 executives so popularity/jealousy plays an even bigger part than other awards.

Such a short sighted move. What more did they want from their coach after an offseason overhaul

A 12 game lead in the conference with 7 to go seems like a reasonable expectation after an off-season overhaul.

The Bucks didn't even overhaul their roster. They added one new guy to a core that's been together for years. It's an indictement of their coaching and the lack of flexibility of their stars that they haven't been able to sort it out. The Celtics on the other end traded 4 of their top 8 rotation guys from last season. That's an overhaul.
