Look this is not gonna be a popular opinion, but when Brunson is off, Hart is missing, and the rest players go hesitant offensively, a chucker like Burks actually can tremendously help erase the team's tentativeness... and get them get back on track to the needed level of aggressiveness, basically it helps to have a chucker/ a Burks sometimes.
