She did. Went from Louisville to LSU. This is her last year of eligibility. She wants to win a championship. She's ring chasing.

I hear she's dating Suggs?

Yes she is... some thought at first it was Paige but nope... Hailey

Guess we have to wait 20 years to see what kinda pros their kids will make. I don't know if we've had 2 pro basketball parent's children in the league.

That escalated quickly lol.

Uconn Iowa will be a fun match-up of stars, but my goodness, the Gamecocks are a machine.

UConn's had a plan for Iowa. But not the other way around.

Disagree actually. What UCONN is doing is not sustainable. They have made 3s from a bunch of people who can't be relied upon from there and otherwise are taking long 2s. Bad offense that shooting variance has made look good so far.

So far Uconn is guarding Clarke much better than Lsu did. They're denying her the ball and staying in front when she has it. She's only gotten one clean look.

I remember when I first ever saw Clark. It was a explosion for 46 vs Michigan. She hit some ridiculous logo and contested 3s.

But one thing I noticed with her...she doesn't have a midrange game offensively. She was hitting them in that game. Its either a 3 or she's driving to the rim. There's little to nothing in between.

CC has me watching women's college basketball for the first time ever. I'm a fan and will follow her in the wnba.

But I'm now noticing how bad the actual basketball is without the novelty of a player just bombing threes from the logo. This game is YMCA-league quality so far.

Disagree with this. That set Uconn ran for Paige where she set the stagger then curled off a screen straight into a PnR was beautiful. You don't see that at the Ymca.

UCONN is out there mauling and mugging nonstop playing defense with their hands. Iowa has to step up their intensity because they just aren't matching the physicality. Though there are definitely a number of obvious fouls that haven't been called.

CC not hitting shots isn't a big deal but the turnovers are something else. She's gotta get going in a huge game like this or its going to look bad with how sloppy she's playing.

Doesn't help that UConn has Matthew Dellavadova on her ass though.

Iowa can't make simple layups either. Connecticut has scouted and game-planned them perfectly.

I think Iowa is getting exposed 2-6. UConn just deeper. And the D is great.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Good rally to get back in, 6 points is nothing. CC will come back with a vengeance next half. Just needs to see one go in.

Clark is too tight. She's not shooting freely.
