this isn't some world cup final missed penalty haha

You gotta make one though - NBA game. This isn’t Iowa vs South Carolina. This is the big leagues

for sure, i'm just saying this isn't some Christian Laetner mistake
he won't lose too much sleep over it, it was meaningless tbh

True. Although he may get to bed a little later tonight thinking about it. I think he does lose a little sleep

4.Orlando

6.Cleveland
7.Philadelphia
8.Miami

76ers aren't finishiing 7th, they have only one compeitive game remaining (vs the Magic) and they haven't lost a game since Embiid been back and were an elite team when their top guys (and cast) where healthy

Embiid is out tonight...

I see, they'd probably beat the Spurs anyway but def an opening for a loss there
also tbh, Indy has only one real game left as well, Cavs in Cleveland. whose got the tie-breaker between those two?

Are you sure?

The MVP also blocked him at the end.

The game was lost on missed free throws. Where does the low IQ come into play?

Tightening up at the line is low IQ, guarding the paint with 3 seconds left in a 3 pt game and giving up an open 3 is low IQ. Guess I should say not having enough dogs and low IQ is what Dillon misses.

Between Cleveland and Indy? I think Indy if they win because they'd have the better division record. Indy has the 2-1 win over Philly.

How many teams in the West are better than the second best team in the East right now? 4?

Mavs would have homecourt advantage over Bucks in the Finals if they met, despite being #5 vs. them being #2.

Miami trying to make a comeback.....

The East playoffs have a chance to be fun because outside of Boston, nobody has looked good. It could be completely bonkers.

Heat defense funneling everything to Turner on the perimeter and it’s working like a charm.

No, Denver faces San Antonio, Utah, Memphis and Minnesota at home, and they got Murray back.

yes he did and Green was fouled on the layup attempt on the next possesion as well

what the league is doing is shameful and unprecedented
since the scoring inflation led to all the backlash, they seem to have decided to run a pilot program from the ASB to the end of the season - not calling a few types of fouls that were called regurlaly and without announcing a rule change, a point of emphasis etc

they just blackballed foul calling haha
offensive ratings were breaking records, since the ASB games have been called league wide in a way that not only cratered those offenses and their offensive ratings but also craterd the free throw rates, which hasn't been this low since the 1950's or something

blatant fouls on drives are just being ignored now and I mean - actual fouls that is, fouls that would have been called in any era

All this, and its made the game so much better and exciting. Its been awesome to watch honestly

I love it, the product itself but the way they're doing it is shameful
they basically adopted Fiba rules but it would have been nice for them to say so to the fans and mostly - to the players

you can't call 2/3 of a season one way and then call the final 3rd categorically and substiantly differently

it's very important in sports to keep things on the up and up, the integrity of the game is crucial

as a viewer I prefer this version alot more, no argument from me there :)
