There isn't a single game I remember that I was like yeah that's a statement game to a contender with their guys healthy, I remember some wins against teams missing their stars but nothing else.
It really is hard to say. Off the top of my head probably @Lakers, @Bucks, @Kings, @Pelicans, @Sixers, and vs Knicks.
I’m not even going to go to detail on who was missing for majority of those
@lakers Jan 3rd (110-96)Win Leading scorer Tyler Herro 21 - No Jimmy Butler, Both Lebron and AD played for LA, however I would Disqualify not a top 5 Conference team.
@Milwaukee Feb 13 (123-97)Win Leading scorer Nikola Jovic 26 - No Jimmy Butler, Both Giannis and Lillard played for Milwaukee. Milwaukee was going through an Abysmal losing streak, that should disqualify us from it being a statement win.
@Kings Feb 26 (121-110)Win Leading scorer Bam 28 - No Jimmy Butler, Both Sabonis and Fox played, however I would Disqualify not a top 5 Conference team.
@Pelicans Feb 23 (106-95)Win - Leading scorer Bam 24 - Jimmy Played, however I would Disqualify not a top 5 Conference team.
@sixers Feb 14 (109-104)Win - Leading Scorer Tyler/Bam both 24 - No Jimmy Butler, No Embiid, however I would Disqualify not a top 5 Conference team, plus missing their top player in Embiid.
VsKnicks Apr 2 (109-99)Win - Leading Scorer Rozier 34 - Jimmy Played, however at the time Knicks were missing OG anouby and their staring SG out on injuries.
So you telling me that our most notable wins, came without Jimmy Butler in 4 out of the 6, additionally the 2 he played he was 2nd and 4th leading scorer.
Only 2 of those teams the Knicks & Milwaukee are currently top 5 in their Conference, every other team is 6th or worse currently.
I don't think you could qualify them as statements wins, you can say maybe 2 of them were statement wins at best.
Also the concern here is that in those we didn't have Jimmy Butler playing, as in correlating that we play better without him, plus the games he did play he wasn't responsible for being our leading scorer who tilted the scales.

You could look at this way, were are currently at crossroads, where ultimately perhaps he was able to as he says turn on the switch, or become Himmy Butler, whatever nickname you want to give it, and now hes realizing that he can't so he is brushing it off as its just nothing to worry about.
I guess from his perspective he can't come out and say that he's not the same guy, because his extension is on the line, so hes gonna play this off as best as possible. I think the pressure to squash the naysayers is going to start getting heavier come playing games, what will the excuses be if he cannot even provide us with 1 quality win while Miami goes out in a 4-0 sweep or 4-1 gentleman's sweep. Hell even the weight of not even getting in by us losing both Playing games.

I don't think they trade Bam. I don't see how they can possibly upgrade him. Teams with better bigs who are young aren't going to want to move them for Bam. He is an Allstar level complimentary piece. I don't see any team trading an All NBA player for something like Duncan and Martin. And Heat need to hang on to Jovic and Jacquez just because they are cheap rotation level players.
I had higher expectations for this team moving forward than I currently do.

Jovic and Jaime can go without a doubt if an all star is coming in return

You need to match salaries, Jovic & Jaime going out would need to be attached to Jimmy Butler.
Doubful this FO attachs all three young players, in Tyler, Jovic, Jaime to get a run down build with an aging Jimmy Butler.
Which means your then starting with nothing, outside of Bam + that Mythical Star your getting. Little draft picks, a bunch of vet minimun guys, hopefully Jimmy trade at that point nets at least a recovered 1st rounder, nobody is giving you 2 for an aging Jimmy Butler who plays less than 50 games. Were in a bad spot fam!!!

I think Butler can be moved and we'd get a return. It wouldnt be a great one but we'd get some assets back. He'd have 2 years remaining, there would be teams who would be willing to gamble for 2 years on him for a low price.
There are 3 teams that come to mind.
First Philly - they got cap space this summer in a bad FA class. If they strike out they can pivot to Butler. They would be most ideal since they eat a chunk of his salary and we can gain some cap flexibility and a giant trade exception.
Then Sacramento, if they flame out they would be desperate for a move.
And lastly Knicks. They have a ton of picks to move with no clear target. Mitchell doesnt make sense for them since they have Brunson who is better.
Sacramento and Knicks wouldnt be the best deals. We would have to take back a bad contract or two but at minimum we'd get back 2 1st rounders. Not great ones but 1st rounders none the less.

Friday should settle most of these scenarios, and its going to be a bunch of teams playing for positioning.
Orlando @ Philladelphia
Indiana @ Cleveland
Brooklyn @ New York
Toronto @ Miami
Milwaukee @ Oklahoma City
