It's got to be the dream scenario at this point.

Would SA do that deal though?

You could use him & Quick kind of like they used Lowry & Fred. Have him come off the bench as the backup PG, but also give him minutes at the 2 with Quick in the game. I think he fits the system really well. This team desperately needs some elite 3 point shooting. Between Quick, GD & Sheppard, that's a nice guard rotation with some serious firepower. If they re-sign, Gary.....he's another one. Very versatile lineup. Scottie can average 10 assists a game with that group.
Sheppards game reminds me of Quickley's. Less speed, but he has a lot in his bag (Catch & shoot, shooting off the dribble, 3 point, mid range, good hesitation moves, good ball handling skills, decent court vision & passing, floaters, etc). He has a pretty good vertical as well, so athletically there is something to work with. He has more length & athleticism than Fred.
A 6th MOTY type player like Malcom Brogdon isn't a bad haul in a draft like this one (I think he has more athleticism than Brogdon). This team can't afford to come away empty so I am not keen on drafting a high risk player.
I am definitely higher on Sheppard for this team than Castle or Dillingham.

I think we could've had ultimate dream draft is we got some lottery luck...
lottery to top 4- Alex Sarr
Pacers pick - Kyshaun George
Traded pick- Tyler Kolek
Detroit pick - Ulirch Chomche
Could've got a little bit of everything, and I actually love all those prospects...
-Sarr + Chomche HUGE ceiling future bigs
- Kolek arguably the most underrated player in the draft, will atleast be a great NBA backup PG
- K.George high ceiling + high IQ , 6'8 wing who can shoot
damn...

Sarr - Offense will probably be limited, especially in today's league. Value is obviously in his defense. I think he's closer to a Bosh type defender, good mobility, but weak in the post against strong C's.
Kyshawn George - good shooter, very slow, not good at anything else, prone to making a couple dumb mistakes per game
Kolek - good back up PG
Chomche - a bit of an unknown still, will have to see how he does at the Hoops Summit
That line could turn out to be: back-up big/back-up PG/bust/bust

Then we pick late lotto next year.

One bad season or injury and all the money disappears.

Obviously evaluating them all at basically worst case scenario.... in which you still mentioned Bosh and a backup PG (both of which this team is desperate for)...
George isnt a super athlete but hes also 19 yrs old, 6'8, high bbiq, wing, who can shoot-----typical projection kid at the most valuable position in the league and plays smart, the tools are there. You could easily see some poor mans Paul George in his game if he were to develop nicely over the next 5-6 yrs
Kolek is gonna be a steal book it
Sarr could be alot of things and has super elite tools (may never be an offensive beast but who knows?)
Chomche is super intriguing, kind of the Giannis type swing
that's a super enticing crop in our development system over the next 5-6 yrs, all in a single "weakest draft ever"

I see DaSilva being like a 6'9 Mo Pete or a Hedo Turkoglu or Ersan Ilyasova.

I'm on the Da Silva bandwagon as well with that pick.
My next preferences would probably be DaRon Holmes and Jared McCain. And part of that would depend on who they take with the lottery pick (if it's retained), and how they're trying to build out the rest of the roster because I like all 3 of those guys, but they do very different things.
