He does have enough gravity to draw defenses and make that read. He's a legit threat to take it from the perimeter and yam the ball. The key is shot selection. He should have a half dozen plays a game where he creates his shots, enough to keep defenses honest without overdoing it. The rest of the time his bread and butter will be setting up for perimeter shots as an off the ball shooter
