He's barely playing for Barcelona, he hasn't played in over two weeks and is lucky to get 10 minutes of playing time on a good day. Usually less than 2 minutes a game when he does play.

He needs to move to another team next year or come to Greensboro, unless he has assurances his playing time will significantly increase next year at Barcalona.

Also @fatlever his name is misspelt in the thread index. It could make it hard to find his thread down the track if people are using the search function.

Why does anyone on Barcelona care about playing and developing him if they think he is just going to leave and come over here next year.

We probably shouldn't pick guys that need to be developed if we don't have some plan for that.

Still plugging away. Do we call him up next year?

He is incredibly raw but those physical tools are so tantalizing that I don’t see what we have to lose bringing him over. Richards can’t be the answer long term.

He is still only 19 years old, even if he doesn't come over for 2 more years it could be an awesome use of a draft pick.

Barca center James Nnaji underwent surgery to repair lumbar column problems and will stay out of action for four months, the club announced.

Ah. So now both our young centers have back problems.

Richards better wear a brace just to be safe.

First long-shot hope of 24-25 dashed.

This **** only happens to us I swear. How do we manage to draft two centers with serious back problems in their early 20s. Maddening. I wonder if this puts Clingan higher up the board.

Dang it, his leaping ability/movement is probably going to be compromised now. May need to draft Clingan

he could come over as a stash at age 22 or 23 and probably still be a good pick, he is nowhere close to be playing rotation minutes in the NBA, just keep him stashed.
