Nothing like making Ross get like 6 outs this inning.

Hopefully Contreras' back is ok
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Re: Brewers/Padres Series
Tough one. Ross looked good to start I thought and just lost a little steam along with some tough luck on ball that fell in, errors, etc. If he can stay healthy I think he'll be a solid enough back end guy if can get through like 5 innings. I'm hoping as the season progresses he more comfortably go deep in games. He definitely uses every second of that pitch clock. I was at the game and noticed almost every pitch was right at 1 second to go.
Chourio had a nice night. It is too bad Perkins was gunned down at 3rd after sliding on the hit & run. There were a couple rough double plays that could've equaled more runs too.
I'm curious how Frelick's leg is today. In the 9th he slid awkwardly and hard into that left field wall in foul territory.
Hopefully can get a win today and give themselves a shot at the series tomorrow.

"limiting the damage" is not in the team's vocabulary lately.

Narrator: ...And what if I told you that the Brewers left the bases loaded when they needed runs?

Not a cool sign that this is a question an 8th of the way into the season.

Re: Brewers/Padres Series
Feel like the starting rotation concerns are starting to show up. And I don’t see much hope for a fix either. I was hopeful Ashby would be servicable but I’m losing hope. Miley will be on and off IL all year. Ross I think can be good but far from a sure thing. Hall looks pretty shaky. Rea likely can’t keep this pace up. And no one seems ready in AAA, think Gasser is hurt and Misio assuming will be reliever.
Need a win today.

Re: Brewers/Padres Series
In 2021 Myers was sitting low to mid-90s before taking a dive to the high 80s in 2022. Last season in Milwaukee's system it jumped back up a total of 3 mph, while having huge sink. It sounds like he got in the lab.
He looked really good to start the year in AAA.
Anxious to see him go.
