Perhaps. Darko seems to me agreed to be a yes man for the FO. Was Jordi willing to make the same willingness? Hard to know. If the Nets excel than I suppose you are correct.

All they really can do is try exactly the same ting again after next season, just use cap space for 2 stars. Going to be a rough first year. Lets hope they dont make him a patsy for next season.

I know how hard it is to become a head coach. But I think you have to choose your team wisely. It's not really an ideal situation.

I guess it's easy to say "he should of waited for another opportunity," when it's not you. But if it goes badly, he's probably back to being an assistant for a few years at minimum before he gets talked about again for a head coach position (if he's lucky).

Idk. I guess I'm saying that I sure as **** wouldn't bet my career on this situation.
