Yes they do

No they don't.

Just for reference: we do not control our first round pick until 2031. I could just say "draft picks" because we don't have our 2nd until then either (but we do have this year's Portland 2nd).

So you're saying we are going to draft the next Jokic with Portland's pick?

Knock off the attacks. It's derailing and adds nothing to the discussion. MD

Terrible mismanagement from the Bucks staff. You have Giannis suffering from tendinopathy a couple of weeks from the playoffs and instead of helping him to rehabilitate to be fresh and healthy for the games that matter, you play Giannis extended minutes trying to win games even though there was no obvious advantage having the 2nd seed.

and you lose most of those games anyway

It’s obvious that Dame is hurt too. He’s been pretty meh all year imo but since those 3 missed games, he’s looked really old and slow.

Grant Williams would have averaged 35/18 and shut down Siakam to 25% shooting.

Two things:

1) Can we get an actual doctor to weigh in?

2) Most teams, I think the Bucks included, take away the decision of whether to play someone from the coaches. They leave it to the medical staff. What insight do all of you posters have to the contrary? It seems the criticism of the coaches is really misplaced.

Wow. Compared to this Board, BP seems like the voice of reason. I like his game, but I never thought I'd like his thought process. :D

Some of those games were half a decade ago. They have absolutely no bearing on the type of player he is anymore.

Thought I'd post this article, where the article confirms that Lillard (and I assume Giannis) play when they are cleared from the medical staff. So criticizing coaches seems ridiculous.

The article also stated that the team was practicing playing thru Portis and KM and on their offensive rebounding.

I like Doc (so far), but one of the things I liked about Bud (despite my critique of Bud, there were several things he did really well) was that he was a fanatic on defensive rebounding. The Bucks are playing a very fast team and the Bucks are old.

Doc should be concentrating on getting back on defense. Forget about offensive rebounding. Limiting Indy to one shot is more important than getting offensive rebounds. The more the Bucks attack the offensive glass, the the more breaks Indy will get.

Im hoping that some of this is gamesmanship on the part of Doc. Make them prep for a variety of scenarios while you know which one is by far most likely.

In 2019 Dame willed a squad worse than the Bucks without Giannis to the conference championship series. I hope he still has it in him and that he has a coach who knows how to get it out of him.

In 2019 kemba walker, oladipo, and Blake griffen were all stars. That’s so long ago you can’t use anything from that period to extrapolate to the year 2014
