The difference between us and other good teams is that their franchise players can score and take over games. Bam is elite on defense but he can't score. Jimmy is old and worn out. He's not a great scorer either. It all has to be manufactured in the paint where he gets banged up. And we all know Herro. There is no elite option on offense just as a starting point for team building.

So what I'm saying is our 3 main guys aren't scoring when needed.

Bam touches the ball more than anyone on offense. If he wanted to take his man, he could. He has done it before and did it in this game a couple of times. He was just passive. That's not on Spo or any scheme.

I really don't even put this on Bam either, so I'm not saying that to crap on him. I've long accepted Bam is not a scorer and shouldn't be depended on for that. We just have horrible luck yet again, with Jimmy getting injured and Batum becoming Ray Allen. The part that sucks the most about this is that you just know Batum is going to be absolute stinking garbage against every other team Philly plays.

Either way, he's not scoring which is my point. Our 3 best players aren't taking over the game when needed. Nobody is stepping up. We're paying top dollar for our big 3 to not be factors on offense whether that's on the players or Spo.

Its been said over and over on this forum. This build leaves very little margin for error. Herro is forced into taking shots like hes a star player because our actual "stars" are mid on offense.
