Donte is my paison, but he cant only rely on threes if he’s going to be our 2nd option. He has games where he attacks the rim, cuts, and mixes it up more, so that’s what he needs to do if his shot is off. I assume he will also have his hands full on defense mainly guarding Maxey, unless OG does it.

Speaking of OG, he must step up as a scorer. Too much talk about Donte in here and not about the soon to be 40 million dollar man. OG is a great defender but he has to be aggressive on the other end too. He gets too passive and disappears at times. He’s healthy now, in the playoffs, with a payday on the line, so time to show out.

Isaiah will have to keep giving us 15+ ppg as well. He’s been great the last month looking for his offense more. Make Embiid work on both ends.

Josh will have to do his thing running around like a nut.

Mitch hopefully had a nice week of recovery and conditioning. Time to repeat the Cavs series.

Deuce could become very important if the starters have trouble slowing Maxey. He will rise to the occasion in whatever role he’s in though.

Bojan has to be our bench bucket getter it he’s healthy.

Jalen will be Jalen, and there’s nothing they can do about it.

I'm proud to be on the right side of history aka a Day 0 Brunson supporter and advocate.

I never thought he would reach these heights but I loved his efficiency and thought he had a lot of talent. Happy to see this guy reach these heights because he's just a good, humble dude and easy to root for.

To continue patting myself on the back I have also heavily advocated for the drafting of McBride, the trading for Josh Hart and been a day 1 Hartenstein supporter. All this from what some have called "one of the biggest Knicks haters"!

I felt strongly that Brunson would be very very good based on his playoffs.
Though I worried his defense would suck (and it hasn’t).
But Brunson went to the uppermost level one thought was possible. You know it can happen but not likely.
