Paolo says that he likes to play every day to stay in a rhythm. After the all-star break was his worst stretch of the season. Let's see how he plays after a week off.

He got brutally sick coming out of the all-star break though. I don't necessarily think you can judge those two bad games on too much rest so much as the fact he really shouldn't have been playing in the first place.

Re: Cavaliers vs Magic Series General Discussion Thread
I had a very interesting thought in this game. If the Magic won't get shooters in the Deadline, even at small-to-medium overpays in cap and assets outgoing, then they might as well try an interesting tactic of always having quite a bit of 1-2 year expirings every season. And ideally, some players who are good values per contract/age, PLUS, some picks in a warchest.
You very likely let go of any last remaining big cap window before contracts for Paolo, Franz, Suggs, and one more yet to be seen. But the idea is that Trades (through 1-2 year Expirings) will kick you over the Luxury line just as easily as big cap windows. We even have some players who would be interesting to grab in a trade, due to their age and impact (Black, Goga, Cole, Wendell, Caleb, etc.). In this mindset though, we are missing to rent (1-2 year) remaining cap space for draft picks though.

It’s Paolo and Franz first playoff game, you have to watch it live.
At the cost of them losing?
It wasn't you that lost the game. Next time just watch the game.

Absolutely insane when he had both of them on the bench in the 2nd quarter. Clearly showed his inexperience.
