The best part is we didn’t do anything unsustainable. We shot well overall, but not great. And a lot of Phoenix’s shooting woes were directly caused by our defense.

If we just play smart, crash the boards like we did today and play our defense, today should be the norm.

The one thing the wolves have shown me then anything, is that they are resilient. Didn't lose 3 games in a row all year.

Did I say I was just pumped? I am running-around-the-neighborhood-naked PUMPED

Did that after Keenum to Diggs miracle. A little chilly and a little sore afterwards...but well worth it!

A pessimist would point out we still haven’t won a 1st quarter against the Suns. An optimist points out we just blew them out. A realist says it is one game, we gotta win 3 more. I say enjoy today.

We’re healthy and not on the back end of a back-to-back.

We committed to rebounding.

We played defense differently and everything worked. KAT made Durant work and it kept us from scrambling. Jaden and NAW destroyed Booker and Gobert was unreal playing perimeter defense.

And after the 1st quarter Ant played a much smarter game instead of always driving 1 on 3.

Ant was something else today. Interested to see if he brings it every playoff game no matter what, or he has a down game here and there similar to the regular season.

He rarely has down games in the Playoffs so far. His worst output was a blowout where he played limited minutes.

My takeaway from the game is that if the Wolves put in the same effort and have an average shooting night they have a high chance of winning.

What changes can the Suns make? Maybe some Okogi and Thad Young?

I don’t know. They just don’t have the roster depth or size, if the Wolves defense can lean into Booker and Beal.

I would love if they play Okogie!

They scored 95 without him…

Late wake up after looking the game until 5 am here. Defense make you win games, it's a good example. We make them so tired, even KD ended missing some shoot. Defense was outstanding, special to Jaden, NAW. I also was wrong, did not think Rudy and KAT could limit KD efficiency and make KD life difficult. Booker also have a tough night. Next game will be very important. Go Wolves.

Just finished the game…absolutely fantastic! Loved it. Ant going at kd was fun…but let me tell you, NAW and NAZ are some of my absolute favorites.

I think this is a hard matchup for Mike though. Played uncharacteristically bad today.
