After going to the Game 1 loss against the Heat last year.
I'm so glad I was able to be apart of one of these 7th ave celebrations. It was so fun man.

Congratulations man. It was a good day to be a Knicks fan at MSG.

Thank you. It was tough last year. For a normal fan it's hard to spend $400+ of your own hard earned money to go. So last year when I spent even more $550+ to see a loss it was like a punch in the gut. I'm glad I decided to do it at least one more time and see a win this time!

He could hold Tobias scoreless, but Tobias was invisible with 7 anyway. Sixers don't have the kind of wing worth using OG on to lockdown. So yeah free safety is good.

The main reason I see for that is Deuce being the ideal matchup against Maxey

So I went back and looked at the stat sheets and saw something very curious.... The person who played the MOST minutes in todays game was not a Knick! Maxey actually played 44 minutes and I did not hear anything from the commentators on that. I did hear how Josh Hart played the entire 2nd half. Point being we are not the only team playing players <43 minutes a game and Thibs actually did a great job with his 8-man rotation today and didn't keep players in longer than they needed to.

While you two were singing Me and Mrs. Jones to each other all season, did it ever occur to either of you the Knicks have two good centers with complementary skills?

Admit it. Neither you really care about the Knicks as much as you do about staking out hostile positions to lob shots from.

It's a bit reminiscent of what happened with the Cavs last year. They had 4 of the 5 "best" players (lol what...delusional Cavs fans), and just got beat in the end. This Knicks team can really wear a team down over the course of a series if Mitch, Hart and iHart get to do their thing. You saw it a bit when Mitch was just grabbing offensive boards like mad.

I think the really interesting thing that also affects this is that Philly was in talks to trade a bunch of 2nds for Andre Drummond, and the Bulls ended up keeping him. That non-trade is looming large. Paul Reed is not effective as a backup and Embiid is playing a lot of minutes.
