I hate the lakers as much as any Celtics fan but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in them. I wanted them to at the very least make this a series.

They've even infected MPJ now who was once a low BBIQ player.

I did too, but the consolation prize is almost as good.

Wolves will give them more of a challenge.

Just goes to show there are slow learners, just like JB.

Give them enough time and they'll eventually get it.

I think the winner of that series wins the title. Unless the Celtics decide to prove otherwise.

Its because JT doesn’t have anything in his bag, other than get hot from 3, which could be every other game. He can’t really beat his man off the dribble. Doesn’t have the best mid range, and is really not that great at finishing at the rim. Handles and passing ability are average, and add to that a weak ass mentality.

Aaron Gordon and Anthony Davis had very similar stat lines.

Actually, Gordon, Jokic and Davis each had identical rebounding lines (5 offensive, 10 defensive).
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

It’s such a pleasure watching this Nuggets team. Makes it even sweeter it’s against the Lakers, Satan’s favorite team.

These guys are the dictionary definition of the word "team". Their skill sets have very little overlap, they all bring something different to the table. They are never in panic, hurry, desperation, disarray, anger, you name it. They are well coached, super confident, defending champions. A basketball terminator that keeps coming at you no matter what you throw at them. Bringing them down will be a Herculean task.

I agree. They remind me of past dynasties. Like they knew they can come back even when down big, and if they have the lead, they know how to keep it. They are a very unselfish team. They know their roles. They have a player that can basically dominate the game. Score inside when needed, or make that pass, and not force shots. In reality, Tatum’s game have been too predictable. If he doesn’t shoot it lights out from 3, he struggles. Joe’s offense of live and die by the 3, won’t work in the playoffs where defense are tight. We can get the ball in the post to Porzingis, much like what the nuggets do with jokic, but big difference is our guys just stand around the 3pt line waiting for a pass. Unlike the nuggets, in which players try to cut to the basket to get an easy layup. That’s why we don’t get much offensive rebounds, as nobody is really inside to have a chance to get one. The heat team are really small. We should be attacking them inside. Yet we bail them out chucking 3’s non stop.

Tatum is shooting .583 from inside the arc and getting to the line 8 times per game. He's getting 82% of his points from the two-point range or the line.
