Re: Candace Parker retires
Not surprised after her struggle to return from injury, but man I'm sad to hear it. Hoped for her to get to get another run with the Aces. A'ja Wilson and Candace Parker made for an insanely rude frontcourt.
Candace Parker is one of the biggest stars the WNBA has ever had. She brought a lot of attention to the league. One of the most hyped prospects ever and she didn't disapoint. Won MVP as a rookie, and proceeded to age like a fine wine, winning a dominant 3rd title at age 35.

Seems like her foot was just not responding well.
To play to age 35 and have the career that she had was amazing. Nothing but respect for CP3
