Not one possession of OG on Embiid. Precious DNP. It just worked literally a game ago. Why? I really wanna know cuz I would like to give Thibs the benefit of the doubt. He's a solid coach but why not go back to this?

Yeah, Maxey flew up the court and pulled up from almost half court with plenty of time left. We’d have probably given up another 4

Yep. Mitch should not have been out there in the 4th once Maxey started cooking off all those PnRs.. Precious so god damn mobile and basically OG-Lite and he was glued to the bench after a great defensive game 4..

I just can't stop questioning why he didn't play... You can even try Mitch/OG/Precious or something

Not sure why everyone is asking about Precious. Mitch and iHart held Embiid to his worst game all series.

This loss can help to filter/identify fans' faith to this team.

Their entire team played like trash except Maxey. That's probably not gonna happen again. Maxey isn't having bad games that pos

Allowing them a 3pt opportunity for OT instead of putting them at the line for 2 was the reason for this loss.

That's a coaching call.

I think I have to agree with you...

The win was is the bag.

Make it a free throw contest....

Instead you allow even the possibility of a flaming hot Maxey to take a 3 and force OT? Why???????

That had to be the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a playoff game from a coaching perspective.

In the playoffs, just win. that's all that matters.

Randle can't make it to the damn playoffs. We wasted 2 years of Brunson because he's been injured. Totally not his fault, but it is what it is. and sorry to say, we might need to add Donte to a package to get someone reliable.

I ain't calling for Thibs to be fired, but I don't understand not playing Precious. It makes no sense. He played Maxey to well in Game 4, Maxey was getting blocked going to the paint, he can guard him pretty well on the perimeter, he can switch onto him when they run the Maxey/Embiid PnR that unfortunately Deuce can't get around Embiid fast enough to recover onto Maxey...

Mitch on Maxey is just a nightmare for us.

Precious did as well and he has the lateral quickness and foot speed to play as a secondary on their guards as well. Something that neither Mitch nor iHart have the ability to do. Precious closeout defense on Maxey last game was the key to our victory. He held the Sixers to 2 of 12 shooting or something when he was the primary defender. With him and OG on the floor our defense is elite.

Thibs has to be on the NBA payroll when it comes to making this a longer series.
