Bam and Niko are a great pair to build with. We just need Niko to get reps and his experience up.
Jaquez should develop into either a starting quality SF, or a 6th man contender each year.
Herro is a question mark still. On his day, he's very good, but he's not a lead ball handler and can't be relied upon to consistently create high efficiency offense. He needs a PG to take the pressure off - perhaps that's Point Niko eventually, but for now he's not ready.
We need to clear the books a bit and find pieces that work together better. That probably puts Rozier on the block. It likely puts one of Herro or Duncan on the block.
There's a lot of ways we could go here. The Heat FO won't look to take a step back though. We'll always aim high and look to make the postseason, whether it's with the kids or the vets.

Hard quesation IMO.
Normally I'd rather keep the players, both JJJ and Jovic gave us reasons for optimism.
BUT, and that's the bad part - our future picks might be higher picks then we learned to expect from this organization.
With Jimmy age, Bam and Herro limitations, and our inability to get a star to come here - we could easily miss the playoffs in the next few years and end up giving up lottery picks.
VERY dangerous waters ahead. Nothing worse then being bad and not keeping your highish picks.

The former. Shifting into a Bam-Mitchell window still serves Jimmy's remaining timeline while having a post-Jimmy foundation also. Gotta prioritize keeping one of the young guys that will be a sure starter, at minimum, with the Bam-Mitchell pairing.

The guy is a generational talent, do you really need stats to see that? If not for injuries he is right up there with the Joker. You are going crazy Bammy, now i know you are going crazy.

Not hating, actually I am in favor of getting a bunch of draft picks for Bam if OKC wants him, we could rebuild and Bam will be in an excellent position to win a championship. You see I love Bam almost as much as you do
