Mavs really did well by their late season surge, they got very lucky with KL injured and a very favorable matchup in the semis as they'd probably lose to both the Wolves and the Nuggets

now they'll be rested and whoever survives the other semi would probably be banged up and very exerted

I dunno if he can get the max but I think Clippers will definitely give him the most money. I think he stays. They're just stuck with that team and have to hope Kawhi can stay healthy for a playoffs.

You just don't see players leave the L.A. teams very often unless they're just not wanted.
