Even if Dame and/or Giannis play, what are the realistic expectations on minutes/play? Giannis has been out almost a month now. I cant imagine either them going 35-40+ minutes. I guess a little is better than none, maybe. And at what cost? If there is any percentage of long term injury by playing, I just dont think you can do it. I hate to punt a season but hate to bolt the window with a significant injury into next year and beyond.

I still don't expect them back. But why bother to confirm that until you have to?

Giannis and Dame both returning but Indy still winning via hilarious double outlier shooting night would be peak Bucks.

This is such a vague, nothing of value tweet and I'm all for it.

Yeah, that tweet doesn't' really say anything. I'll wait until I actually see them on the court.

Gonna need repeat performances of last game by Beas and Bobby, which is why I think it's a pretty tall task tonight. I guess Beas has been on quite the heater the last 2-games (8/13 from 3 and 15/23 from the field), but both guys have been inconsistent since Game 1. This really needs to be the night where we shoot lights out from 3. Would be nice if someone like AJ could shed the yips and remember that he's a 40% 3PT shooter...

They should both walk in with crutches and do the Willy Wonka summersault onto the court. Let’s go

Interesting. He's still doubtful on the official injury report

If the Bucks were truly trying to mess with the Pacers they'd simply list them both as questionable.

That's from midnight and tweet is from this morning. Either way, best just to wait for the official injury report today.

Still doubtful, hasn't changed. The teams make changes on the hour, the NBA posts them on the half hour. New one coming up but the most current one: https://ak-static.cms.nba.com/referee/injury/Injury-Report_2024-05-02_11AM.pdf
