100% he would have. Too much money. It’s not just an NBA issue. Every major sports league is now in bed with the industry.
My kids aren't 8 years old anymore, but how comfortable are people sitting down with their child to watch a game and be bombarded with gambling ads?
Its disgusting. My son actually mentions jackpot city as if he thinks it's a real place. I told him jackpot city is where degenerates live

Jontay is the least toxic. Fired for behaviour unbecoming of NBA conduct provisions. Did not put other drivers at risk. Did not kill anyone. But he failed to make the 10 mil I gathered was his haul. 28k. Dummy!!!

The funny thing is that Jontay always come across in interviews and stories (I think Blake did a story, or maybe it was Grange) as a sincere and hard-working kid who had overcame many obstacles to get into the league. And he could really play. His game against Denver - against his brother - was so good, he helped us almost win it. His defence on Jokic was a revelation.
But he wilfully cheated the guys who bet the over in those two games. Not as toxic, but still toxic.

Lost 5 bucks in 5 minutes and thought, yup, this is not for me. Didn't know were to look as everyone else was staring at machines. I told my family members next time they could go enjoy themselves and I'll wait at a sports pub. Waste my money on draft beer and chicken wings instead hehe.
