Better to lose this way than on a Travis Best three at the buzzer.

medical staff deserves a ton of blame. over and over in his pressers doc would say how he wanted to sit giannis but the medical staff was clearing him.

Doc pulling all the wrong levers tonight, but we probably would have lost anyways. Too many losers on this team, and hopefully some of them have trade value (looking at you, Bobby.)

I feel some relief, but then I remember Doc is still under contract

Re: PG Indy Game 6 - Loss
Honestly, I don’t see how we don’t run this back, because we have nobody worth trading other than Dame. So if we’re going to run this back, screw all this regular season trophy stuff and just load manage to a low seed and go into the playoffs healthy. I can’t believe im saying that because I’ve been so angry with DNPs in the regular season, but if this is the way the new NBA works than so be it.
Regular season should be cut to 50 games at this point if this is the way it’s going to go.

Bobby/Lopez are guys you really need to think about what you are doing with. I don't think you can bring both of them back.
Pat/Crowder/Gallo/ are all cooked and should be told to kick rocks in the offseason
Beasley is one of the worst players i've ever seen and i'm very excited i'll never have to watch him play again.
I hung onto Beasley a lot longer than many of y'all this season. And hoooooooly **** was that a bad call

On the bright side, I never have to watch Malik Beasley destroy my team again. Fittingly, he limps out with 2 points and a -19 plus/minus. Simply one of the lowest BBIQ players to where the uniform.

Enjoy your summer boys. Actually relieved that junk is over. Need to retool somehow. Coming back with essentially the same roster would be....interesting.

We may be able to actually stay remotely healthy again for a playoff run but I bet we will hate Doc through all of it. He is very similar to Bud in my opinion. Seems like the stars like him so that helps

one of the good things doc did was increase bobby’s trade value. lot of teams will want him

Horst needs to do some magic on the margins. I have zero faith that will actually happen.

He had a great career here. Put a plaque up for him in the locker room and give him a gold watch.

We’re never winning a title with Dame.
He’s like Big Dog twenty-five years earlier. He causes your defense to have too many breakdowns. You can’t hide him. Bill Simmons was correct back in October.

Re: PG Indy Game 6 - Loss
Its sad but injuries and poor roster construction killed us for a second season in a row.
Lillard this year was not the player we thought we were getting. Sadly due to injury we didnt even get that version of Dame time outside of the first game.
Truth hurts, but Dame Khris and Brook together are easy to exploit defensively and the Pacers did a great job putting us in bad positions to due those guys collective limitations.
We have a bunch of players who are good individually but together tend to magnify each others weaknesses, especially defensively.

Re: PG Indy Game 6 - Loss
Don't think you have to go go much further than 50-10 bench points. The core three are definitely still good enough, but that's a tough number to overcome. If they're going to go out and not score at all they need to be able to defend but they can't do that either.
Also, Giannis, take the summer off. PLEASE. I don't want to go through another 82 game season that ends with you not being able to play in the postseason.
