Desperation move by Lue. Hope it pans out. Sad thing is if it does the media will slather him with the chess tag line. He had it all planned for game 6 to throw the Mavs off.

I will laugh my ass off if PJ Tucker ends up being the change that causes us to win the series after all the **** we have been talking on him this year. Please basketball gods make it happen.

Greaaaat start lol.
So many bricks. Had no idea they were still building the Intuit Dome.

PG and foul trouble. Hello old friend.

Can’t rebound. Can’t score. Can’t defend. Can’t hustle.
Who’s enjoying this?

Westbrook/Plumlee have been awful in this series. Lue is so god damn stubborn. Theis has been good this year and yet he wont give him any minutes

And the Clippers actually going to give it to him. This franchise is so scared of accepting a couple down years that they're about to guarantee at least a decade of mediocrity or worse.

Westbrook can't make anything
Kleber should have just braced himself instead of still trying to get a shot up

Should two defenders be going at Kyrie too?

if westbrook doesn't see the court for the rest of the game (or rest of the series if we're lucky) then i'd consider that helping the team.

The Rule Of Three And The "One Job And They Blew It" Meme
I normally don't post these things until after an automatic win condition like somebody scoring 100 points to trigger Lawler's Law, but because it looks like the end, I might as well say this.
There were rumors that if Clippers defeated Mavericks one more time to make it three in a row, Doncic would have requested a trade from Dallas; perhaps he could have joined Nuggets and hoped for Nikola Jokic to help win one for him. It would have been like The Decision event all over again, where LeBron James agreed to join the Heat to form a Big 3 with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. Clippers had a chance to take away Dallas's biggest star and send them into the lottery for a few years.
And from what I am seeing, they blew it. This is a team that just doesn't want it. They don't like to compete, they just want to show up, do as little as possible, and reap the benefits of working for a team. They care more about their nice-guy image than fighting for a championship for fear of the consequences, let alone compromising said image. This really is as if Sterling never left: sure they do have a passionate owner in Steve Ballmer who wants to win, but there is always something that gets in the way. This is the first time I have realized that all three departments - the roster, the coach, and the front office - are not in link with one another. Each one wants to do their own thing all for the sake of credit - that is a Sterling trait, wanting to be loved, respected and worshiped.
I hate that the Clippers are going to enter their new arena empty handed, with the fans divided, Kawhi Leonard as the only surviving contract, and Jerry West's legacy taking a massive hit. But if it means needing to see all this because they only believe in what they see on the outside...

Will the fans who spent all summer screaming that we needed to trade for Harden because "we're getting a huge talent upgrade for free" admit they were wrong or double down?
This is who he's always been and always will be. One of the worst playoff performers ever. We would be so much better off with RoCo, Batum, and a not totally mortgaged future right now, it's not even funny.

I'm so done with Playoff P, it's not even funny. "Max player" getting shut down by Derrick Jones Jr.

Losing when Doncic and Irving shooting like they are. You gotta a special kind of bad for that to happen.

Hard to even get excited about the team battling back when Lue's going to ruin it eventually with more minutes for Russ and Plumlee.

Mann, Powell and Zu are the only reason this is a game.
