Coach bickerstaff did something mose would never do..... Tried to find a spark and I think it helped them turn the tide..... Merril was NOT playing at all this series unless in garbage time.... Cavs were down in that second quarter and bickerstaff said let's try this... And it worked I think Merril hit like 2 3s and just seeing the ball go through the net gave them confidence... Mose doesn't trust anyone other than the guys that got him here.... Maybe if he tried something else, someone else maybe he could've found a spark as well.... Guess we'll never know

First half shooting above our average got our hopes up. Young team, needs shooting, and probably another forward

That’s what we were all saying last season. Welthead has been here 7 years and has yet to add a shooter. He ran back Markelle Fultz and Gary Harris. No guard on this roster averaged more than 12 ppg or more than 3 apg. It’s not rocket science.

lol this is only 3 years into a rebuild, the Magic weren’t even supposed to be here. They have offseason to fix the perimeter especially with the cap space they have and assets. If it is not corrected then I would be upset. But people really need to calm down.

It doesn’t matter what timeline we are on, it shouldn’t take 3 years to find someone who can reliably make a 3 and not be a traffic cone on defense.

If I'm Weltman, I'm keeping a boxscore sheet of this game when Franz' and Suggs' agents come looking to get overpaid. I love both but the FO can't mismanage cap space.

And we have two lottery picks with great potential in AB and Jett in stock. We should definetely bring in a veteran perimeter player and now, when Orlando is back on NBA map we can do so.

Great season.

Time to get back to the drawing board.

Get a good second option.
Trade Cole to get a dynamic off the bench 6th man.
Add rim protection. Try trading for jarrtt allen. Mobley’s performance can lead to moving evan back to the 5, his natural position.
Add more athleticism. We have too many soft finishes around the rim. Got to put more pressure.

Franz was never billed as a first or second option coming out of college and i still do not see it.

We need to go find a second option this summer and let Franz fall in to a more defined role as a Swiss army knife for us.

He's looking like a Swiss army knife with all the tools removed.
